As the annual awards ceremony of The Brilliant Chinese came to an end, the Most Brilliant Star was finally chosen. After pressing the "Golden Button," "Offspring of the Yellow River" was awarded the Most Brilliant Star. Aerialist Zhenqi Liu, famous for balancing on 14 chairs stacked in the air, took second place. Then Bing Gong, president of Changan Automobile, presented the prize to "Offspring of the Yellow River."

In the season finale, competitors put on great closing performances

During their performance, "Offspring of the Yellow River" male dancers leapt onto roofs and vaulted over walls while female performers danced gracefully with their long sleeves. In the big picture view, there appeared to be a large, beautiful flower onstage. With smooth and skilled motions, this performance represented both men's masculinity and women's soft nature. Every audience member was touched by the graceful dance. In addition, Zhenqi Lui also got a lot of applause for increasing the number of chairs used in his act from eight in the first show, to twelve in the finale. His performance showed Chinese self-confidence and courage in front of the world.

Bing Gong:  Treat common things as great things and do simple things really, really well.

After all the performances and voting, Bing Gong was invited to the stage.  The winner's name was handed to Bing Gong in a sealed envelope.  Before the name was revealed, Beining Sa, the host of this final competition asked Bing Gong, "What do you think is the standard of brilliant Chinese?"  Bing Gong answered, "People who have the spirit of perseverance, people who treat common things as great things, and people who do simple things really, really well are all brilliant Chinese." Then the result of this match was revealed. "Offspring of the Yellow River" won the annual Most Brilliant Star. They were offered the use of a Changan CS75 for one year.

Although the second season of Changan Automobile - The Brilliant Chinese has ended, the positive energy it delivered continues. On this stage we saw a lot of moments when Chinese were struggling for their futures, challenging themselves, and trying to surpass their personal bests. They are always pursuing leadership - meaning leading either others, or exceeding their past successes. A spirit of leadership is part of Changan's heritage. When The Brilliant Chinese first launched, Changan Automobile noticed that the spirit of this show was constantly advancing, based on the "Chinese dream."
