On March 2nd in Paraguay, Changan Automobile rally driver Tico Maune took second place in the Class 9 race challenge with his Eado XT.  By placing second, Tico and his Eado XT qualified for the remaining Class 9 races at the Paraguay National Rally.  The Eado XT rally car is equipped with a factory Changan Eado powertrain.  The harsh road conditions and the fierce competition found at international rally event is where Changan chooses to prove the strength and durability of its designs.  In the qualifying race for the Paraguay rally, the Eado XT demonstrated the exceptional maneuverability and reliability needed to qualify the Changan team for the 2016 racing season.

This year's Paraguay National Rally consists of nine events, lasting from early March to late November.  Each leg of this racing series will be progressively more difficult than the last, and will bring the Eado XT team new challenges that will test both driver and vehicle.  Changan and its international dealer partners wish the brave Tico Maune and his Eado XT all the best this racing season.
