The Changan CS15 Launch Conference was held in Beijing on April 6th. The conference was presented as big stage play which artfully related how the CS15 metamorphosed from a dream to a successful reality. At the conference, Changan Automobile joined with reporters from all over the country and students from People's University to witness the excellence of CS15.
In total, four CS15 models were launched at the conference including:

CS15 1.5 MT Fashion Model, RMB 63,900 Yuan (approximately $9,826 USD)
CS15 1.5 MT Luxury Model, RMB 68,900 Yuan (approximately $10,595 USD)
CS15 1.5 MT Honorable Model, RMB 73,900 Yuan (approximately $11,364 USD)
With a rugged and stylish exterior, the CS15's front fascia inherited the CS95 concept vehicle's design characteristics. The strong design sense is embodied in the headlamps, grille, and overall proportions.
Apart from the seven available available base colors carefully selected by the design team, the Changan CS15 also offers eight color combinations and four optional stickers. There are interior trim environments to choose from in addition to many standard features. CS15 personalization options result in over 10,000 available configurations.
As the smallest vehicle model in the Changan SUV family, CS15 also provides users with a space that is surprisingly sufficient. The vehicle's tall profile not only provides the driver with a fantastic view, it also delivers advantageous space utilization. External dimensions: 4,100 millimeters long, 1,730 millimeters wide, 1,635 millimeters high, with a wheelbase measuring 2,510 millimeters. With the back row folded down in a four-six proportion, the capacity of the trunck can reach 1,100 liters, which offers big advantages over other small SUVs. The CS15 serves up 39 interior storage compartments and excellent safety features. Its ESP 9.0 Electronic Stability Program, high efficiency energy-absorbing body structure (HEEAB), and tire pressure monitoring system make you feel considerably safer and more secure.
With humanized intelligence at its core, the CS15 In-Call smart on-board interconnected system not only has an exquisite interface design, but it also offers easy operation, voice control, voice navigation, mobile phone connectivity, concierge service, one-key rescue, WiFi, and vehicle navigation. These smart features make driving fun.
The CS15 is equipped with a capable powertrain. The 1.5L engine and 5-speed manual gearbox offers 107 hp maximum power and 145 Nm peak torque. Changan has said that the combination of the 1.0T turbo charged engine and double-clutch automatic transmission will be added in the second half of 2016. It may be small, but it's incredibly powerful.
