While China celebrated its National Day, Paraguay hosted the Transchaco Rally.  Changan Automobile's Eado XT ranks first in the RC5 group for its outstanding performance and excellent peak power, as well as for the first-rate skills of drivers Tico and Jose.  Eado XT is competitive with international auto brands.  In addition, this is the first Rally win for a Chinese brand.

The Transchaco Rally course is located in the Chaco region of Northern Paraguay.  The terrain is dry and sandy.  The Transchaco Rally is the most critical component of the Paraguay Rally, which tests the skills of the drivers and the performance of the vehicles.  In the face of unprecedented challenge, rally teams made final adjustments.

Eado XT and its drivers encountered challenging, sandy conditions.  To prevent road damage, technicians fitted a protective front grid block onto the car.  And to avoid getting water or sand into the air inlet, technicians modified and relocated the inlet to the upper front of the car.  In spite of numerous difficulties, Eado XT won the RC5 group championship.  As the first Chinese brand to win the race, Eado XT is keeping pace with foreign brands.
