Changan CS95 was launched in Dammam, Saudi Arabia on May 9th.  Changan Vice President Gong Bing and his delegation were invited to the launch ceremony.  Among the 250+ attendees were journalists, dealers, VIPs customers, government officials, and bank representatives.

The ceremony began with Mohammed bin Ali Almajdouie, general manager of Almajdouie Motors Company, welcoming and thanking the guests.  He especially thanked Changan International Corporation which has been working side-by-side with Almajdouie to build a mutually beneficial, win-win, cooperative relationship.  Changan officially entered the Saudi market in May 2016 and generated 227 unit sales in the first year.  In 2017, both Changan and Almajdouie increased brand investment which then grew share at a rate of 700%.  The goal is to triple that growth in 2018.

Changan Automobile organized a series of activities to encourage launch event attendance.  Last year's Extreme Heat Challenge gave local journalists and consumers their first look at CS95's excellent performance.  The launch of the Jeddah Auto Show has attracted thousands of potential customers.  The Gulf Cooperation Council's top automotive journalists also recently visited Changan and test drove the latest vehicles. The company's brand image and reputation were once again secured and elevated.  These marketing activities set a solid foundation for CS95 launch success.

After reviewing the Extreme Heat Challenge video, Mr. Gong thanked Almajdouie for the kind invitation and thoughtful execution of the CS95 launch ceremony.  He then introduced Changan's history and discussed global research.  He stressed that product quality should be "customer-centered, quality-oriented."  He also presented CS95's size, power, features, security, intelligent functionality, and customization.

At the end of the ceremony, Almajdouie's chairman and Changan's delegation authorized 13 new dealers, establishing long-term, cooperative relationships.  The dealers expressed their confidence in Changan and Almajdouie.

Compared to European models, CS95 is the only family SUV that combines powerful performance and modern design.  This is the vehicle for those who want spaciousness, rich features, and superior performance.
