The Chicureo Manor in suburban San Diego, Chile was particularly lively on a late summer evening. 

Changan Derco representative Christian Renner slowly unveiled the Changan CX70T equipped with a 1.5T turbocharged engine, launching the SUV in the Chilean market.

More than 20 Chilean automotive journalists were invited to the event.  At the press conference, the Derco team highlighted CX70T's product characteristics.  Subsequently, the local media conducted a test drive under a dealer arrangement.  The route included high speeds and complex, sloping road conditions.  Even under a full load, stability and performance won praise from participants.

During the gathering, Derco hosted pre-market training for the national sales consultants.  Instruction covered CX70T's core selling points, offensive and defensive speech techniques, sales policies, and a question and answer session.

CX70 is Changan Ossan's first SUV.  Since the Chilean launch of the 1.6L in model in August 2017, it has been favored due to its reasonable price, excellent features, and practical quality.  Local sales have been climbing.  The CX70T is also available with a 6-speed manual and an Aisin automatic transmission.  The new model is not only bigger, it also offers a more extensive array of models and options.
