On October 29th, Seventy-six pairs of fiancés from Changan Automobile and the Chongqing area became wedded couples, as their friends and relatives witness the blissful event. Changan Automobile and Chongqing City organized this wedding extravaganza. The whole event took place at Chongqing’s beautiful Jiangbei Guanyin Bridge Cultural Plaza. On December 26 2014, China Automotive Technology and Research Center released the results of the 2014 China-New Car Assessment Program (“C–NCAP”) vehicle collision evaluation. Changan CS75 earned 59 points - the highest score ever in C - NCAP history. CS75 has joined the “5 star safety club” together with Eado, Raeton, and EADO XT, making Changan the leading Chinese automaker when it comes to vehicle safety.

Iran's largest international auto show officially opened on September 2, 2014, in the city of Mashhad (North east corner of Iran). China’s Changan Automobile Co. joined with Iran’s Saipa Automotive Group to orchestrate their first joint appearance at the show. Six of Changan’s new wave of next generation vehicles made their national debuts: Raeton, CS75, Eado, CS35, Eado XT, and the New Benni. The show included a total of ninety-seven new vehicles from eighteen car brands. Changan was the only brand with a complete line of vehicles at the exhibit. This show marked Changan’s first appearance before discerning Iranian consumers.
