Changan's CX70 has been particularly popular among Chilean consumers since its summer 2017 roll-out.  CX70's steady growth has taken it to the top rank within this niche market.  Praised by both the press and consumers, CX70 proved yet again that Changan SUVs have the appeal that produces overseas sales.

Following Changan's well-regarded premier launch of the CX70 in Peru last August, the next stop on the itinerary was Chile. 

Do you remember what we said in Argentina?

In 2016, Changan introduced its SUVs to the Chilean market with resounding success.  Experiential marketing activities played a large role in this success.  More recently, the company delivered a CS75 test drive experience in Movicenter where the SUV's power, stability, and safety features won over many Chilean hearts.

Changan Automobile and Almajdouie Motors Company (Changan's authorized distributor in Saudi Arabia) recently got together to mark the launch of an environmentally focused planting initiative.  This program seeks to plant trees and seedlings in cities across the Kingdom with the support of local councils who will select suitable urban areas for the project.

The 12th China Chengdu International Auto Industry Fair was held at the New International Exhibition Center in Chengdu on August 25, 2017.  Fifteen high-quality models - including CS55, CS75, CS95, and Linmax - were displayed in the H1 Pavilion.  Changan's New Eado XT RS was launched during the Auto Industry Fair.

A media test drive event was held for the Changan New Eado XT RS on Fairy Hill in Chongqing City on August 15th and 16th.  This new sport model is intended for young consumers.  As such, "Drive with Passion" was the event's tagline.

The famous "Qincha Restaobar" beach bar in the Barranco district of Lima was abuzz with lights and excitement as onlookers experienced a unique launch event marking the release of the CX70 SUV. 

The Opening Event of the 2017 China Car Performance Challenge (CCPC) ended on July 29th in Karamay.  CS95, CS55, and Linmax won sixteen championships via their excellent performance.  Changan Automobile once again became the CCPC champion, extending a run of big wins at the event in 2015 and 2016.
